1.0.18 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To respond to posts promptly with speed and precision;
2. To write, edit, develop and control contents;
3. To escalate matters to back office staff for solutions;
4. To update unusual partners of social media thread;
5. To report on the performance of the social media as a component of the contact centre;
6. To carry out proofreading of contents;
7. To fact check information;
8. To write headlines and captions; and
9. To perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields: Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or equivalent qualifications from recognize institutions.

SALARY SCALE: TRAS 4
