All employed teachers are required to report at the Office of  Chief executive Director of the District Councils governing of the schools they where assigned and later to the respective schools.

All teachers they are required to report to the councils with the following documents: –

• Original Form Four and Form Six certificates
• Original Professional certificates
• National ID or NIDA identification number; and
• Original Birth Certificate
