Ikusasa Student Financial Aid Programme (ISFAP) is a bursary scheme that is targeted towards the missing middle.
When you fall under the missing middle label, it means that you’re considered too rich to qualify for funding from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) but too poor to afford to pay for your fees yourself.
“Missing middle” refers to people with the household income between R350 000 and R600 000, so if you fall under that bracket, you qualify for ISFAP
ISFAP has sent some applicants a consent form which needs to be completed and returned so that their application is completed

By signing this application form, you accept and understand that this application does not guarantee that you will receive a ISFAP loan or bursary.
Any false information provided as part of your application can disqualify you from receiving financial aid and will result in the immediate withdrawal of any approved loan or bursary. The loan or bursary agreement must be signed within 30 days after registration or ISFAP reserves the right to withdraw the approved loan or bursary.
