The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who were interviewed between 02-09-2024 and 13-09-2024 that the results of the successful candidates are as listed in this notice. This list also includes some interviewees who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned work stations after positions became available.

Successful candidates are required to collect their appointment letters from the Public Service Employment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Building, Open Halls, within seven days from the date of this notice. Any letters not collected by the relevant individuals within this period will be sent to their postal addresses.
Furthermore, successful job applicants who have been assigned a work station are required to report to the employer within the timeframe specified in the appointment letters with original certificates of education from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an employment letter. Those whose names are not on this list should note that they were unsuccessful in the interview and should not hesitate to apply again when new job vacancies are advertised.
IMPORTANT:
Those coming to collect appointment letters must have identification for verification purposes. Acceptable forms of identification include: National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident’s Identity Card, Voter’s ID, or Driver’s License.
In essence, the notice informs job applicants about the following:
- Interview results: Successful candidates have been listed.
- Collection of appointment letters: Successful candidates must collect their letters within seven days from the notice date.
- Reporting to the employer: Successful candidates must report to their assigned workplace with original certificates.
