The Vice Chancellor of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from 19-09-2024 to 20-09-2024. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned work stations.
Interviewees are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
Interview Dates and Venues: The interview dates and specific venues for each cadre are outlined in the schedule.
Identification: All interviewees must present a valid form of identification.
Acceptable Identification: Acceptable forms of identification include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Passport, or Citizenship Certificate.
Original Certificates: Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, starting from their birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any subsequent qualifications, depending on the requirements of the position.
Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, and Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted, and candidates presenting such documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
Personal Expenses: Interviewees are responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation costs.
Adherence to Schedule: Interviewees must strictly adhere to the scheduled date, time, and venue of their interview.
Verification of Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear on this notice did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are advertised and to carefully consider the specific requirements of each advertisement.
Professional Registration: Candidates for positions requiring registration with professional bodies must present their original registration certificates and practicing licenses.
Access Exam Number: All interviewees called for the interview must log into their Job Portal accounts and copy their exam numbers, as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
