The Postmaster General of the TPC would like to inform all applicants that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from June 15th, 2024 to June 21st, 2024 for the purpose of hiring successful candidates.

Important instructions for shortlisted candidates:

  1. Interview Schedule: The interviews will be conducted according to the schedule and location specified in the advertisement for each cadre.

  2. Identification: Each interviewee must bring a valid identification document for verification purposes. Acceptable forms of identification include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Passport, or a letter of identification from the local government of the applicant’s village/street.

  3. Original Certificates: Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Standard IV, Standard VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and above, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.

  4. Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Standard IV and VI result slips (Form V and Form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and candidates will NOT BE ALLOWED to proceed with the interview.

  5. Travel and Accommodation: Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.

  6. Adherence to Schedule: Interviewees must adhere strictly to the date, time, and venue specified in their interview schedule.

  7. International Applicants: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).

  8. Professional Board Registration: For cadres that require registration with their respective professional boards, candidates must bring their ORIGINAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES and WORK LICENSES.

  9. Early Arrival: All interviewees are instructed to arrive at the interview venue forty (40) minutes before the scheduled interview time.

  10. Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the minimum qualifications. They are encouraged to reapply when new job openings are announced and to carefully adhere to the specific requirements of each advertisement.
