The Deputy Vice Chancellor of the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 18th to 19th October, 2024. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned work stations.

Interviewees called for the interview should adhere to the following guidelines:
Interview Dates and Locations: The interview dates and specific locations for each category are as indicated in this notice.
Face Mask: All interviewees must wear a face mask to the interview venue.
Identification: Each interviewee should carry a valid identification document.
Accepted Identification: Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Passport, or Citizenship Certificate.
Original Certificates: Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any other relevant qualifications, depending on the requirements of the position.
Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, and Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted, and candidates presenting such documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
Self-Sponsored Expenses: Interviewees will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation costs.
Adherence to Schedule: Each interviewee must adhere to the specified date, time, and location of their interview.
Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear on this notice should note that they did not meet the required criteria. They are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are advertised and ensure they meet the specific requirements.
Professional Registration: Candidates for positions requiring registration with professional bodies must present their original registration certificates and practicing licenses.
Exam Numbers: All interviewees called for the interview should log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be provided at the interview venue.
