This is due to the completion of the construction of various modules within the Human Resource Management and Payroll Information System (HCMIS). These modules include:

• Transfer of Workstations
• Leave
• Alternative Employment
• Re-employment in the Public Service

The aim of this step is to increase efficiency in service delivery, including:

• Bringing services closer to the people
• Solving the problems of public servants
• Ensuring transparency and accountability of public officials to service recipients
• Controlling fraud

The PSC urges all employers and public servants to embrace this new system and to use it effectively.
