How to Check R350 Grant Application Status Online

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has made it quite easy for applicants of the R350 grant to track their application by providing them with their application status online.

The first step to checking on your application is to click on or copy and paste this URL in your browser: https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status

Here, you will be able to check the progress on your grant by entering first your ID number and then your cellphone number. If these details are correct you will receive an update on the application.

Through the provision of the Social Relief of Distress (SRD), Sassa has explained that they aim to assist people who face undue hardship and they hope to ensure that many do not go to bed hungry.

KNOW NOTE:

You can also check to see if they have been approved for the grant or whether they do not qualify or should lodge an appeal if they feel like their application has been denied for a reason that they believe is not fair.
