Hubert Kairuki Memorial University is fully accredited and chartered Higher Learning Institution, recognized in the United Republic of Tanzania, through the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU).

Kairuki Hospital (KH) formerly known as Mission Mikocheni Hospital (MMH), is one of the leading
private hospitals in Tanzania. The Hospital is owned by Kairuki Health and Education Network (KHEN). KH opened its doors to the public in march 1987 when it started offering a variety of health services to the community. KH also serves as the teaching Hospital for Hubert Kairuki Memorial University (HKMU) and Kairuki School of Nursing (KSN), both of which are incorporated in KHEN.
