The Executive Director of Masasi District Council has received Replacement Employment approval from the Permanent Secretary, OR – Public Service, with reference number FA.228/613/01/C/009 dated 20/05/2024. He is therefore pleased to announce to all qualified Tanzanians to apply for four (4) positions as specified, taking into account the following qualifications

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICANTS
i. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens and be between the ages of 18 and 45, except for those already employed in the Government;
ii. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and should specify their disability in the Job Application System for the information of the Public Service Employment Secretariat;
iii. All applicants must attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with their current address, reachable phone numbers and Email address, together with the names of three (3) reliable referees.
iv. Applicants who are already Civil Servants and have obtained qualifications to enter a different cadre from the one they are in, should submit their application letters for the job vacancy to their employers and their employers should be satisfied accordingly.
v. Applicants should attach a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with their address and reliable phone numbers, together with the names of three (3) reliable referees;
vi. All applications must be accompanied by certified educational and professional certificates by a Lawyer/Advocate, which are Standard Eight or Form Six certificates for those who have reached that level, and certificates of completion of various trainings in accordance with the qualifications of the relevant job. Postgraduate/Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma/Certificates, – Standard Eight and Form Six Examination Certificate, – Computer Certificate, – Professional Certificates from Respective Boards);
vii. “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, Standard Eight and Form Six results slips (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
viii. Applicants who have studied abroad should ensure that their certificates have been verified and validated by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTE).
ix. Retired Civil Servants are not allowed to apply unless they have permission from the Chief Secretary.
x. Job seekers who are already employed in the positions they are applying for in the Public Service should not apply and are required to follow the instructions contained in Circular No. CAC.45/257/01/D/140 dated November 30, 2010.
xi. Persons submitting false information and qualifications will be taken legal action.
xii. The deadline for submitting job applications is July 8, 2024.
