The Vice Chancellor of the University of Dodoma would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from October 29, 2024, to October 30, 2024, and those who pass the interview will be assigned jobs.

The interviewees are required to follow these instructions:
The interviews will take place from October 29, 2024, as indicated in this announcement, with the time and venue specified for each job category.
Every interviewee must carry an identification document for verification.
Acceptable identification documents include: Resident ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, National ID, or Passport.
Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and beyond, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and VI result slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED and will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses.
Each interviewee should pay attention to the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when job opportunities are announced and meet the necessary qualifications.
For professions requiring registration with their Professional Boards, applicants must come with their ORIGINAL registration certificates and work licenses.
All interviewees called for the interview should log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers, as these will not be provided on the day of the interview.
All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so they are advised to wear clothing suitable for cold weather.
