All interviewees are required to adhere to the following instructions:
Interview Dates and Venues: The specific date, time, and venue for each category of applicants are as indicated in this advertisement.
Face Masks: All interviewees must wear a face mask.
Identification: Each interviewee must present a valid form of identification.
Accepted Forms of Identification: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Passport, or Citizenship Certificate.
Original Certificates: All interviewees must bring their original certificates, starting from their birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree, and any other relevant qualifications.
Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, and Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT be accepted. Candidates who present these documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
Self-Sponsored: Interviewees are responsible for their own accommodation, meals, and transportation.
Adhere to Schedule: Interviewees must strictly adhere to the scheduled date, time, and venue.
Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear on this advertisement did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are advertised.
Professional Registration: Candidates in professions requiring registration with a professional board must present their original registration certificates and licenses.
Login Details: All interviewees should log into their accounts and note their examination numbers as these will not be provided on the interview day.
Dress Code: Dodoma has a cool climate. Interviewees are advised to wear warm clothing.
