The Vice Chancellor of Mzumbe University would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from June 24-25, 2024. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective work stations. Interviewees are advised to take note of the following instructions:

Interview Guidelines:

• Interview Dates: The interviews will be conducted on the dates specified in this announcement. The time and venue for each category of interview are clearly indicated.
• Face Mask Requirement: All interviewees are required to wear a face mask during the interview.
• Identification: Each interviewee must bring a valid ID for identification purposes.
• Acceptable Forms of ID: Acceptable forms of ID include: National ID, Voter’s ID, Work ID, Passport, or Alien ID.
• Original Certificates: Interviewees are required to bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and beyond, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
• Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statements of Results, and Form IV and Form VI results slips (form V and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and interviewees with such documents WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
• Travel and Accommodation Expenses: All interviewees will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation expenses.
• Interview Schedule: Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and venue specified in their interview schedule.
• International Applicants: For applicants who studied outside Tanzania, please ensure that your certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
• Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement are to take note that they did not meet the minimum qualifications. Therefore, they are encouraged to reapply when new job openings are advertised and to carefully follow the requirements of the respective announcement.
• Professional Registration: For categories that require registration with their respective professional boards, please bring your ORIGINAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES and work licenses.
• Exam Numbers: All interviewees are advised to log in to their accounts and copy their exam numbers, as these numbers will not be provided during the interview.
