JOB TITTLE: ASSISTANT LECTURER – METROLOGY AND STANDADIZATION – 1 POST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. To teach up to NTA Level 8;
ii. To prepare learning resources for tutorial exercises;
iii. To conducts research, seminars and case studies;
iv. To carryout consultancy and community services under supervision;
v. To supervise students’ projects;
vi. To prepare teaching manual; and
vii. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Applicant must have a GPA of not less than 3.8 in Advance Diploma or Bachelor degree and 4.0 or an average of B+ in Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines; Master of Applied Measurement Science, Master in Metrology and Standardization, Master in Measurement Technologies (Laser Technology, Ultrasonic Technology), Master in Instrumentation Engineering/Technology, Master in process engineering/control, Master in Production Engineering, Master in Industrial Engineering and Management, Master in Mechanical Engineering or Master in Engineering Maintenance and Management, Master in Mechatronic Engineering and Management and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Also should have Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Legal and Industrial Metrology, Bachelor Degree in Metrology and Standardization, Bachelor degree in Instrumentation Engineering/Technology, Bachelor Degree in process engineering/control, Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering, Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor Degree in Mechatronic Engineering and Management and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
