The Geita Regional Commissioner’s Office, in partnership with ICAP, has been implementing HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis prevention campaigns in all districts of Geita Region. The Regional Commissioner’s Office is now inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians for temporary employment (ten months) with expertise in the health sector. Successful candidates will be deployed to health facilities in Geita districts and the Regional Referral Hospital.

General Terms and Conditions
Citizenship: All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens.
Birth Certificate: All applicants must attach a certified copy of their birth certificate.
Curriculum Vitae: Applicants must submit a detailed CV with their current address, reliable phone numbers, and the names of three credible referees.
Academic Certificates: All applications must be accompanied by certified copies of academic certificates. Original certificates, testimonials, provisional results, and statement of results for Form IV or VI will NOT be accepted.
Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NECTA, and NACTE).
False Information: Applicants who provide false information or qualifications will face legal action.
Application Submission: Application letters should be handwritten and submitted in person or by post to the specified address.
Current Employment: Applicants must be currently working in a health facility and their applications must be endorsed by their respective supervisors.
Passport Photo: A recent passport-sized color photograph must be attached to the application, with the applicant’s full name written on the back.
Language: All application letters must be written in Swahili. Ensure that you provide a phone number that is accessible at all times.
Public Servants: Current public servants are not eligible to apply for these positions.
Notification: Successful candidates will be notified by phone.
