The Public Service Commission (PSC) wishes to inform all employers and public servants that, from April 2, 2024, all human resource matters will be handled electronically through various government systems.

This is due to the completion of the construction of various modules within the Human Resource Management and Payroll Information System (HCMIS). These modules include:
- Transfer of Workstations
- Leave
- Alternative Employment
- Re-employment in the Public Service
The aim of this step is to increase efficiency in service delivery, including:
- Bringing services closer to the people
- Solving the problems of public servants
- Ensuring transparency and accountability of public officials to service recipients
- Controlling fraud
The PSC urges all employers and public servants to embrace this new system and to use it effectively.
