Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU) Deputy Vice Chancellor’s Notice Regarding Interviews

The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Moshi Cooperative University (MoCU) would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place from November 25, 2024, to November 26, 2024. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned to their respective work stations.

Interviewees are required to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Interview Schedule: The specific date, time, and location of the interview for each category will be indicated in the notice.
2. Face Mask: All interviewees must wear a face mask.
3. Identification: Each interviewee must present a valid form of identification.
4. Accepted Identification: Acceptable forms of identification include a national ID, voter’s ID, work ID, passport, or citizenship certificate.
5. Original Certificates: Interviewees must bring their original certificates, starting from their birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, diploma, advanced diploma, degree, and any higher qualifications as applicable to the position applied for.
6. Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, and Form IV and VI result slips will NOT be accepted. Interviewees who present these documents will not be allowed to continue with the interview.
7. Self-Sponsored: Interviewees are responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Adhere to Schedule: Interviewees must strictly adhere to the scheduled date, time, and location of the interview.
9. Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear in the notice should note that they did not meet the criteria. They are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are advertised.
11. Professional Registration: Candidates for positions requiring registration with professional bodies must present their original registration certificates and licenses.
12. Exam Number: All interviewees called for the interview should log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be provided during the interview.
