The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform all job applicants who were interviewed between 17th August 2023 and 14th August 2024 that the results of the interviews are as listed in this notice. This list also includes some interviewees from the database for various cadres who have been assigned work stations following the availability of positions.

Successful applicants are required to collect their posting letters from the Public Service Employment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM), Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Building, Open Halls within seven days from the date of this notice. Any letters not collected within this period will be sent to the applicants’ postal addresses.
Furthermore, successful applicants who have been assigned work stations are required to report to their employers within the time specified in their posting letters with original certificates of education from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an employment letter. Those whose names do not appear on this list should note that they were unsuccessful in the interview and should not hesitate to apply again when new job vacancies are advertised.
IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect posting letters must present a valid identification document. Acceptable identification documents include: National ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident’s Identity Card, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License.
