The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of the MDAs & LGAs would like to remind all the job applicants that interviews will be conducted on the 10th September 2024 and those who have been selected will be placed at their respective work stations.

Applicants invited for the interview must adhere to the following instructions

• The interview will take place on the dates mentioned in this announcement with time and venue indicated for each cadre.
• All the candidates are supposed to wear a mask before appearing for the interview at the interview venue.
• Every candidate should have some sort of identification to be presented for the verification process.
• Acceptable identification includes: Resident ID, Voters ID, Work ID, National Smart, Health card/Passport number or a recommendation letter from the local municipality/village where you belong.
• The candidates are required to produce their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES that include birth certificate or Form IV or Form VI or Certificate or Diploma or Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or any other equivalent qualification as the case may be.
• Those presenting Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form V, and Form VI results slips will NOT be entertained and will NOT be allowed for the interview .
• Every single candidate will have to cater for his or her meals, transport and other incidental expenses.
• Every candidate should arrange himself or herself to be available on the specific date at the specified time and place set for the interview.
• If you have been studying from non-Tanzanian institution, then make sure your certificates have been accredited by TCU, NACTE or NECTA.
  Candidates whose names are not included in this list should know that they failed to meet the expected cut off. But they are advised to reapply again whenever there is a call for jobs and make sure they qualify the requirements of the respective call.
• For cadres who are supposed to be registered with their respective professional Boards they should produce their original Registration Certificates as well as working licenses.
• All the interviewees should make sure that they have their exam numbers written down as these numbers will not be given to them on the interviewing day after accessing their accounts.

All the candidates are informed that Dodoma City is cold, and therefore all are encouraged to wear appropriate clothes for the cold season.
