The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat on behalf of MDAs & LGAs wishes to inform all Job Applicants who applied for jobs that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 02-09-2024 to 12-09-2024. Successful candidates will subsequently be assigned work stations.

Interviewees are required to adhere to the following instructions:
Interview Dates and Venues: Interviews will be conducted as indicated in this notice. The specific time and location for each cadre has been outlined.
Face Masks: All interviewees must wear a face mask at the interview venue.
Identification: Each interviewee must present valid identification for verification.
Accepted Identification: National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Passport, or a letter of identification from the local government authority.
Original Certificates: Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL certificates, starting from the birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Master’s, PhD, and any other relevant qualifications.
Unacceptable Documents: Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, and Form IV and VI results slips will NOT be accepted. Candidates presenting these documents will NOT be allowed to proceed with the interview.
Self-Sponsored Expenses: Interviewees will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation costs.
Adherence to Schedule: Each interviewee must adhere to the specified date, time, and location of their interview.
Foreign Qualifications: Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure that their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
Unsuccessful Applicants: Applicants whose names do not appear in this notice should note that they did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to apply again when job opportunities are advertised and they meet the specific requirements.
Professional Registration: Candidates for cadres that require registration with professional boards must present their original registration certificates and practicing licenses.
Exam Numbers: All interviewees called for the interview must log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be provided on the interview day.
Dodoma Weather: All interviewees are advised to wear warm clothing as the weather in Dodoma City is cold.
