This guide tells you how to check the NSFAS status of your National Student Financial Aid Scheme NSFAS application.
If you plan to study at a South African public university or TVET college, and you’re eligible for a government bursary, you will need to apply for the bursary on the government’s online application system. You’ll need to submit documents such as your completed application form and proof of your eligibility, such as your passport or birth certificate. The government will then begin processing your application and provide you with an outcome.
