- Visit the website for E-Services Ghana at e-services.gov.gh.
- On the upper left-hand corner of the eServices Page Click BDR – Birth Certificate Application.
- On the following screen, using the Register link, read the option stating that new users must register to gain full access to the portal’s online services. Choose Register via the link
