1. Visit the website for E-Services Ghana at e-services.gov.gh.
2. On the upper left-hand corner of the eServices Page Click BDR – Birth Certificate Application.
3. On the following screen, using the Register link, read the option stating that new users must register to gain full access to the portal’s online services. Choose Register via the link
4. On the following page, you will find a form. It has questions that must be answered. Complete the form as precisely as possible. These are some of the mandatory fields on the form:
